Web interface to directly access HP OpenView ServiceDesk database (Oracle), offering a thin over-the-web client as opposed to the fat (heavily licenced) official client.

One HP OpenView client license is few thousand euros.
My interface is used by hundreds of users and the price was only for few month of development.
Bespoke intranet based CRM comprising modules for managing companies, contacts, projects and contracts. Having all the business critical information in a central location, for easy maintenance and retrieving.

Various tools for improving office productivity, like:

  • an intranet searchable email archive permanently collecting all informative emails sent by certain organizations
  • scan directly to email, software based solution
  • conference rooms booking intranet site
  • intranet contacts database ready to export
    selections to mail merge
 Automating discreet business processes in this organization.
For example, by using the Contacts Database, the ~2 week process of sending invitations for certain events was reduced to few hours.
Set of intranet applications supporting the human validators in processing the received private pension applications.
The system included a web based error reporting system, automatic OCRed & ICRed metadata & image processing, automatic data transfer and daily reporting to each of the 3 HQs. 		Facilitate smooth processing, centralization and reporting for about 300,000 pension applications for Interamerican, Bancpost and BCR, at the end of the program (February 2008).

Custom built CRM fully adapted to the business workflows of this translation company, included modules for translators (capabilities management, fees & availability), clients (companies and individuals), and translation projects.

Romanian Translations

 Automating & improving efficiency of the core business process of this medium company.
A 2 month project to create an internet site to collect survey data for Waste Arising Welsh Assembly Group. The application was collecting data for year 2008. ( www.urbanmines.org.uk/?i=1565 ) Automating the process of collecting & consolidating survey data from involved parties.
